DAY 1 (02 Jun 2026): HANOI – MAI CHAU – BIKING TOUR (L)
In the morning, enjoy breakfast at your hotel before departing for Mai Chau, located approximately four hours’ drive from Hanoi. Along the way, admire the changing landscapes from bustling city streets to peaceful countryside scenery with rolling hills and rice fields.
Upon arrival in Mai Chau, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant featuring regional specialties.
In the afternoon, begin a biking tour through the picturesque villages of Pom Coong Village, Van Mai, and Na Phon. Pedal along quiet village paths surrounded by green rice paddies, bamboo groves, and traditional stilt houses nestled among the mountains.
During the ride, have the opportunity to interact with friendly local residents and gain insight into daily rural life. You may observe traditional brocade weaving techniques or learn how local villagers prepare sticky rice cakes using traditional methods.
After the excursion, return to your accommodation and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of Mai Chau

DAY 2 (03 Jun 2026): MAI CHAU – DEEP TREKKING IN MAI HICH VILLAGE, CULTURAL EXPERIENCE (B/L)
In the morning, your guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel and depart for Mai Hich Village. Enjoy a scenic drive through the countryside, passing peaceful rice paddies, traditional villages of the old Doai region, and lively roadside markets.
· Upon arrival, you will be warmly welcomed by local hosts dressed in traditional attire and offered refreshing drinks. Settle in and enjoy a home-cooked lunch featuring local specialties prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients from the surrounding area.
· In the afternoon, take a leisurely walk through the village to discover the natural beauty and daily life of the local community. Along the way,
observe traditional stilt houses, fish ponds, and terraced rice fields, while gaining insight into rural farming activities. You may also have the opportunity to take part in simple daily tasks alongside local farmers.
· Continue your visit with a stop at a traditional weaving cooperative, where you can learn about local handicraft techniques and browse handmade souvenirs.
· Later, enjoy a gentle rafting experience along the Xia River, offering a relaxing way to take in the surrounding landscapes. End the day with a peaceful walk through corn fields and rice paddies, immersing yourself in the authentic rhythm of rural life.

Begin with a short walk through either Pom Coong Village or Lac Village, two charming ethnic Thai villages surrounded by rice paddies and mountain scenery. Stroll along quiet village paths lined with traditional stilt houses, observe local daily life, and enjoy the tranquil countryside setting.
After the visit, depart from Mai Chau and transfer back to Hanoi. Arrive in Hanoi in the afternoon and check into your hotel or enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure.
